Installed these in my 1978 f-150 and so far I'm liking them quite a bit. One thing of note though, they are a little thicker than the original cork ones I used to use; with the original valve covers was no problem at all but I installed some fancy edelbrock covers and discovered I had to get a few new bolts...I'm thinking at some point my father had replaced them with a few wrong ones and they were just a little too short but that it probably wasn't noticeable enough to matter...not sure though so just be aware. Other than that I really like them as they just don't seem to wear near as fast as normal cork ones; real good seal on em so far.

I needed to replace my 1969, 302 valve cover gaskets. These Mr. Gasket, gaskets worked perfectly. No leaks. I recommend them.
