Your cart is empty. This kit is great for mixing small batches of construction materials such as drywall mud, plaster, mortars and grouts. The kit includes the 56 ounce non-stick mixing ball, one 6 inch waterproof spatula mixing bit that fits in most standard drills, one 6 ounce scoop and one 8 ounce cup for easy measuring. The ball design contains the material so there is no mess while mixing. Squeeze the MixBall to dispense the mixed material out of it or scoop it out of the ball with the included spatula mixing bit. The flexible and non-stick MixBall is easy to clean wet or dry, even leftover material that has set up in the Ball pops out with ease.

Great for smaller batches of mud. I’d rather mix several smaller batches with the included measuring scoops than a larger batch, needing to tweak the mixture to get the correct ratios. I’ve used mixing paddles in the past that seemed to have accelerated the working time of the mud and this spatula drill attachment prevents it.Easier, no thought measuring for someone like me who doesn’t drywall often enough.Mud is mixed smoothly each time and no leftover dry powder in corners of your tray or bucket.Cleanup is a breeze.I have ADHD and hindrances are prone to make me not want to begin a project. It is more steps than premixed mud, but the dry times are so much quicker that you won’t care for the extra steps of mixing yourself. Besides, you need to mix the “premixed†mud to get rid of air pockets.

I use to buy the pre-mixed compound for the convenience since I got the mixing bowl I started buying the dry compound which gives me far more to work with and save money.
Pure junk. Tony hawk should be ashamed

Awesome for small batches of hot mud. Easy clean up. You guys should make one that fits in a 5 gallon bucket. I'd buy one.

I use for sheetrock mud, thinset & grout. Great for the "quick mix" & cleanup.Even if contents dry and get hard they are easily removable. I recommend this tool.

Great idea... Works just like it says. Used it 4 or 5 times now and it is awesome... It keeps the mess down. It keeps it well contained. It's very simple to use. It's not something I would use on a large drywall job but it works amazing when you're doing a patch or two. Quick ,easy, neat, clean. I highly recommend this to anybody doing patches and drywall or painting and they need to mix up some mud. I really could use this the last few years. I would have saved a lot of time and energy cleaning up after me and my guys when we make a pan of mud. The measuring cups are great too. Makes it pretty simple... Highly recommend this product

I found this product to be just so so. Here is my issue with it. I was wanting to make a small amount of mud to do a small patch. Normally I mix in a pan, mix just what I need and scoop the rest out with a knife and throw it in the garbage, and I end up with little risidual mud to clean up with water. I made a small batch in this thing, and squeezed and couldn’t get any out, it just coated the inside of the ball. The only way this thing will work with the squeeze method is to put a good amount of mix and water in it.Does it rinse easy? Yeah, but it’s a lot of mud to rinse out, and then you need to find a place to do it. Probably not a great idea to rinse a good amount of 15 minute mud down a sink. I tried using the spatula to scrape the inside unsuccessfully. You could let it dry I suppose, but if you need a second batch, you’re gonna be dealing with the mud no matter what.To be honest I found this product so unusable I think 1 star is where I am really at. 3 stars for the fact it does mix the mud to a very good consistency.

I have purchased two of these since they came out. I gifted the first one and just recently replaced it. A great little tool for small patches and mixes of material. Very convenient when you’re working in a finished environment and need to be clean. Better than mixing in a tray or bowl. Great unit and made in the USA!!

I was skeptical of buying this product but I decided to try it anyway considering I really have no good way of mixing small batches of mud. Attempting to do so in a mud pan just makes a mess and the same occurs in a small bucket. This thing really addresses the issues I had with the other mixing methods for small batches. And the icing on the cake the real reason you want this is for the cleanup. Just let the hot mud dry in the ball, it crumbles and all you need is to dump the little bits into a garbage can. So I recommend this product and don’t regret my purchase.

Finally got around to using this. What a great tool for mixing small batches of thin set, grout, hot mud and even paint. It is very easy to clean and the spatula is very handy in the drill. It makes all my batches lump free. I recommend using a full-size spatula to get the product out of the mud ball.

Works exactly as intended. For smaller amounts of mud you’ll simply need to use the included mixing paddle to scoop it from the ball rather than squeeze. Best of all cleanup was a breeze! Awesome invention.

Honestly it mixes a beautifully consistent mud, however, it’s a pain to get everything out of it and because the batches are so small I pretty much never use it.I would rate it higher if it was something I used everyday but I’ve used it maybe twice.

Works as expected. I wish the cups came with measurements when we only need a small amount.
