INSTALLATION
Step 1
Use a small iron hammer to tightenthe clamp downwards.
Step 2
Insert the mixing rod into the drill chuck and clamp it tightly.
Step 3
Rotate to adjust to the appropriate speed.
Step 4
Connect the power, turn on the switch and start working.

This drill must have had a defect. It smoked out of the drill housing and smelled like burnt electronics. The smell and smoke never went away even after giving it some break in run time. Had to return it and bought another drill of very similar construction. No issues with the new one.

I bought this mixing drill for my home renovation project, and it has been a reliable workhorse so far. The motor provides plenty of power, and the variable speed feature gives precise control depending on what you want to accomplish. I personally am using it for mixing drywall compound and it handles it with ease.
