I have basically 9 sections of Zodiac hose (2 smaller sections at the travel end that I'm counting as 1). I purchased the 8 pack. The are easy enough to snap onto the hose, no complaints there. After I attached 2 weights at the first joint from the wall connection, I attached one at every joint afterwards. As the crawler moves around, I'm currently seeing 4 weights that still barely break the surface, while the hose remains just under the surface. I'm about to order 1 - 4 pack and possibly move the current weights in maybe 4-6 inches but keeping the total distance between each roughly the same and add 1 or 2 at the end to see if that does the trick. Will try to update after I get the second order in.

I didn't read the description obviously but adding a zip tie per a customer's suggestion and it works great.

I have a top simmer that works at the same time as my pool vac is running. These weights really help keep the hose submerged just enough so it can do its job.

They fit okay, but could be a little heavier. Just 4 is still not heavy enough to keep the hose joints under water and preventing them from sucking in air. Ordered a second set and that did the trick. Expensive but effective.

Used to make my pool vacuum hose sink just enough to allow for my Betta skimmer to not get caught up on it!

We put our pool vacuum tubes over our bottom cleaning robot's electrical cord to keep it from tangling. But we run a pool skimmer robot too and didn't want it colliding with the bottom cleaning robot hose so added a bunch of these to keep the hose/cord down lower.
