Great non OEM tail sweeps. These tail sweeps have works so good. They have lasted longer than the OEM brand that I use to buy at a much higher price. They are cost effective and work very well. None of the sweeps last forever so buying in bulk is a plus.

This is the one to get if you're looking for a decent replacement for the expensive Polaris scrubber tail. The foam has a dense elastic consistency that is similar to the original Polaris scrubbers. Product arrives in a flat vacuum packaged bag. Remove and let it sit for a few minutes for it to achieve the cylindrical shape. Liked it so much that I ordered 3 more packages just in case this provider goes away or changes the formula.I have purchased foam tail scrubbers from other providers on Amazon in the past, only to be disappointed by the poor quality. My major gripe with those previously purchased scrubbers is that the foam is not dense, similar to the lightweight foam used for shipping packages, so they tear easily and wear out very quickly.

I hate my pool and i hate my pool cleaner. But that has no bearing on this product. The product is well made and serves its purpose. I just wish I could fill my pool in with dump truck loads of dirt. That would save me money.

The foam isn't as dense as some of the other tail scrubbers that I've used in the past and the cells are very large. As such, these scrubber sponges tend to disintegrate at a much faster rate than some of the others I've used. Overall, for the price you get exactly what you paid for, so I can't say that I'm all that surprised at the durability. We run our Polaris an hour a day on a pool with Pebbletec, and these tail scrubber sponges last less than three weeks before they're worn out and need to be replaced. I highly recommend that you buy a different brand.On a side note, the sponges come vacuum packed and are severely deformed and misshapen when you take them out of the package. I thought they would reform on their own once out of the package. But they only looked marginally better even after sitting on the counter for an hour. I dunked them in hot water for a few minutes and that helped them regain their normal shape.

I guess it is you get what you pay for....as these wear out more quickly than EOM versions.
