So let's start off with pros and consPros:Very sturdy if straped correctly to the treeEasy to carry up tree with one hand if you have a linemens beltCons:Looked like it was put together and returned but there wasn't any defaults or damage just some paint was scratchedOver all I gave it a 5 star review because it was easy to transport with the muddy straps(bought separately) and it was kinda heavy but I'm young so it wasn't to heavy to carry. The seat is a mesh so not very much cushion but very sturdy and strong. But I would suggest buying q portable custom for long sits. Great support I had me and my bigger brother get on it to see how sturdy it was and we both could stand up and down without it budging. So overall 5 star review could ask for any better for the price of $84.

Good stand. Assembly okay. (Has some minor issues, but came together) you will need additional stability strap for the stand to the tree just for peace of mind.

I bought the XL for the large platform and available foot room for stand up shooting. I'm 6'2" and the seat height seems good and the seat itself is quiet and comfortable for long sits. Had no problems as it is easy to put together and light enough to haul into the woods.

Solid stand. Add another ratchet strap to the lower section. The only one that came with it wasn't enough in my opinion. It's quite an solid. Seat is comfortable. The 2 cable's are a huge trip factor so be extra careful getting in an out of it. Mine is at 20 feet so falling isn't an option. I personally know people who have and ended up in the hospital. One guy died.

Fantastic stand for around 100 bucks. The platform is ginormous, as well as the seat. The seat is extremely comfortable without having to buy a foam pad. Stand went together very quickly. I read other reviews about the seat support bar being difficult and near impossible to install. I don’t know if I received an upgraded design but that piece installed easily on all 3 stands I purchased. The only negative issue i have, and it’s kind of a major one for me is how Muddy designed this stand to be secured to a tree. Rather that welding 2 eye loops and including a 2†ratchet strap, they have lipped lugs welded on the inside seat post and included a buckle style strap with loops on each end of the strap that slip over the lipped lugs. This would be fine if the buckle was a Ratchet. In addition to the included buckle style strap, I also used 2 Ratchet straps for peace of mind.

The mesh floor on the platform is only tack welded in a few places and is loose. Therefore it vibrates and rattles when you change foot positions. The mesh floor is "spongy', and flexes "A LOT" when not standing directly over the support frame. The quality of Muddy products has steadily gone down hill. THIS will be the last product I purchase from this company.

I use mine for hunting sambar deer in Australia where I have it permanently fixed to a tree above a wallow. It seems to handle the elements well. It is comfortable to sit on for extended periods.
