Bought this after dropping & shattering the top of the same model butter dish (purchased somewhere else)A few days after receiving this one, I managed to drop the top, same place, counter-height to a tile floor.It BOUNCED and remained intact, no chips or cracks!I am very impressed with the sturdiness of this butter dish, and will be more careful in that corner of the kitchen!Highly recommended overall, it's a great butter dish, works well even in the summer in So Cal :)

I like the versatility of the dish. I prefer buying block butter than stick butter. This dish fits my needs.It is sturdy glass and can be used in a couple of different positions. Very happy with the purchase.

This glass, reversable (butter square can be placed in either piece, depending on your preference. I place my 8 oz organic grass fed butter from Costco on the shallow side and use the tall cover. It has ridges to help lift and it is a good thickness without being too heavy. For the price, it is a great product.

I bought this to replace a dome shaped butter dish I've had for years that only fit a single stick of butter. I've been buying larger blocks of butter for awhile now and my old one wasn't cutting it. When I saw this dish I immediately knew I'd love it and that the design would work for me perfectly.I'm now using the flat part as the lid because I just like how contained the butter is sitting in the domed part of the dish. It keeps everything nice and neat.This was just what I needed.

This dish may have been just what I was looking for except it arrived broken!!! Non refundable also. Not happy with this whole experience. When I have to pay any amount of money for broken products and can't get a refund is unacceptable. If I could give a minus rating I would
