Okay first thing, the manual is NOT correct. They upgraded their design and didn't update the manual. "The anti-slip buckle is now pre-installed on the seat."The customer service was very helpful and mu daughter loves the swing. I think we will fill the bags with rocks to help stability instead of sand. I really like how they started to put the robe in the chair. It made it really easy for me! I also really like how it can fold easily when bad weather comes or when we move. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Good swing assembling was easy baby loves it . Just one point , in attached video it shows mom and child attaching a jumping seat…. Swing I got didn’t have it , but seller quickly made it right and sent it. Overall good product, good customer service

My baby loves this, it’s a little hard to adjust the straps and get the seat even though. The materials could be nicer but overall a solid choice. We put it together in like 45 minutes on Christmas morning.

The height is just right, and the swing moves smoothly.The only tiny suggestion I’d make is to add a bit more padding to the seat for extra comfort during long play sessions. Otherwise, it’s perfect! Was sent rusted and had dirt inside one of the rails when I opened it. Disappointed. Had to return.
