Instructions for Install aren’t great but you figure it out eventually. This is the second time I have bought this product . The first time was for a gift three years ago and it held up so well we just got one for our back yard. There is a difference in the newer one. You don’t need grip clips to hang things. This product comes with two which I thought was an error because there are four attachment options. The new design has sewn pockets for the metal clips and this is not specified in the instructions. No grip clips needed if the metal clips are used . I used the two grip clips it came with to hang a baby swing we had already .Great product and really fun for my 2 year old

We bought this to set up when our grandkids visit. What a brilliant idea! It's easy to set up, sturdy and fun. My sons-in-law did the actual set-up. They opted to use an on-line video to help them sort out the best way to set it up, but they did it quite quickly (within 20 minutes), and the kids immediately took to it and loved it. Lots of "Grandmom, watch this!" It was a huge hit that kept them going back to it all afternoon. After everyone left, I took it down myself without any difficulty, and now I am confident I can set it up myself, too. I am very pleased to have this fun new distraction/entertainment for when my grandkids visit. I plan to add more accessories.

Easy to install and doesn't take up much space. Only downside is when 2 people/kids swing one person can take the momentum from the second which can end on tears....

Easy to set up, although you really need 2 people to make it super easy, and fun for the kiddos. Very sturdy and I like the flexibility to add and change the features!

I wasn't sure how well it would work or how sturdy it would be. I am impressed with the simplicity and workmanship. I had it in place and ready to use in 20 minutes. It has plenty of adjustments to customize it for anyone. We have plenty of large pine trees on are property, so this product is just what we needed. And you cant beat the cost compared to a comparable wood or metal swing set. Plus it is very easy to take down and store for winter. I would recommend it to anyone with plenty of sturdy trees to attach it to.

My kids love this slackline swing, But ours broke. The company's customer service was super apologetic and sent us a new one immediately and they even contacted me several times after just to make sure my children were okay, which they were but I thought it was very nice of them just to make sure. Also we have had zero issues with the new swing set And we have been using it now for many months.

Originally I gave this product a bad review because I thought they didn't provide all the needed grip clip accessories to use all the attachments. I contacted the manufacture and promptly replied and explained the product has been updated since the cover pictures with now inbuilt anti-slip clips to the new line. The old grip clips aren't needed anymore. See the attached photo they provided me. Good customer service, although we haven't set the item up yet, over all is seems like a good product with good customer service.

Only came with two grips so only one swing can be used at a time. Returned item for refund.

It only came with two grip clips the picture shows them on all the swings and accessories. They broke instantly, spend 20 bucks more and get the better one. Straps seems fine, but im not overly confident on its overall quality.
