I ended up getting both the black version and the stainless version for review. They both look great, and I was still trying to decide which set to use on my hot rod. Aesthetically, they are both nice looking. I guess it depends if you're going for a stealthy engine bay look or like the look of stainless steel (or don't mind the stainless rubbing on things) I ended up going with black in this case for my 4L60E, and I'll save the stainless for another project car using a 4L80E. The steel fittings went in smooth, although I haven't put in the actual trans cooler yet. For the price I think this is a great deal. I like that they're using steel fittings here rather than aluminum (except for the black adapter pieces), for this application.I do wish they had included a pressure rating on the hose itself, because maybe it could be used for a power steering application as well.

Great quality cooler lines. No issues with them fitting my 4L60E. Exactly what I needed to complete my project.
