I ordered a 2XL. Arrived on time w/ no damages. Fit is exact. The white compression stays in place just above the knee. I can put my iPhone 14 Pro Max in the right leg compression pocket while I play pickleball. GREAT value for what I needed!

TLDR: order a size smaller than necessary. I wear size 34 jeans and should have ordered Medium.The hip to waist ratio listed in the size guide is a very weird proportion and doesn't mesh with normal proportions. I effectively took the average of these numbers and the average of my own and came up with a "large". This was wrong. I wear size 34 jeans and I should have gotten medium. While the large size is workable thanks to the draw string, it is too loose to use the phone holder.The pants are quite comfortable and made of excellent materials. Despite being double layer they aren't stuffy or insulating thanks to thin and breathable materials used on both the liner and the shorts. The liner is comfortable and very breathable and stretchy. The shorts look more structured but they are flexible and light enough to entirely stay out of your way. Even with my (oversized) pair the draw string isn't entirely necessary since the liner is form fitting and the shorts are very light.Despite my frustration with the size guide (Vine reviewers cannot exchange products for a different size) I am strongly considering purchasing a medium in these pants. These closely match the comfort and build of much more expensive running shorts while coming in at half the price. I am honestly still surprised that I continue to grab these for my runs over my normal training shorts.

I wear a 31/32 size and ordered the medium white shorts. I have only worn them for a brief time, but so far they are worth the value of the money for a 2 in 1 shorts. Shorts are comfortable, material is light, the inner liner feels good but for me the compression could be a little more snug. Maybe one size down as others mentioned would be good. The description does not mention any other measurements, so for medium size, inseam is 5", the length of the compression from the waist band is 15" and the outer shorts is 13". I think all the pockets are sufficient, not overly big or small as these are for running or working out and your not suppose to carry a lot in them anyways. Overall a great pair of shorts.

Fit well. Try to size. Hubby loves them. Nice and light weight, breathable when he’s working out.
