I wish you could control the colors of the targets. However, it's easy to use and you can't beat the price. Most are $30 more expensive and offer the same features. I've been using it for a week everyday. Already getting more toned lats & triceps.

UPDATE; kudos to customer service. They answered my emails right away. They helped explain how the function buttons worked. They reassured me multiple times that they are working diligently on improving the product based on customer review. If this review was strictly based on customer service I would definitely give them 5 stars! Sound is scratchy and volume is low. Only goes up to 10 not 30. Not worth the money with the music and volume issue. DOES NOT STAY ON WALL! Fell off again, broke this time, too late to return it

This music boxing equipment exceeded my expectations. The 12 modes and 12 speeds offer a variety of training challenges, and the LED display is a nice touch.

I really like it. The lights are super cool and the sound is clear. The target pad is soft and bouncy, which means I can throw punches without gloves whenever I feel like it. Best of all, it has a button that can turn off the punching sound. I think that’s a pretty neat detail.Highly recommended.
