These came in a package of two, which is great. They are plastic and hopefully they'll remain intact. The original nut broke at the A string for an unknown reason. A temporary fix, I tried to glue the pieced back together and while it physically worked, the guitar had a horrible sound. When I replaced the broken nut with one of these, the sound was greatly improved to what it should sound like.

Just be sure you measure the old nut before ordering. Very easy to install.

Used these to repair a broken nut for a customer's bass guitar. When I installed the first one it actually broke under the weight of the G string resting on it. The second one worked fine, but I probably won't be buying anymore of these after having the first one break on me.

Not long enough and too thin wrong everthing. ( not worth money ). Cost more to send back than what the product is worth. SO KEEP YOUR PENNIES. I'll know better next time

Install was easy, the radius was very close, but the grooves for bass strings were too small. You must size the grooves first. That's if they don't break during sanding.
