While this product does do what it's supposed to, the learning curve is rough. It does catch and get stuck on the product if the user is not careful. Also, you have to use it on the edge of the table, because the arm swings below the table top in order to punch through the material. It's a pain, but it does do its job.

The spines that came with the machine are difficult to load. They don't work very well. They keep slipping off before you start loading the paper. It does a good job punching the holes in the paper but the holes will sometimes tear when you take them off. I probably need to adjust the margins. You have to put in some effort to punch holes in the clear cover sheets. I started doing one at a time and that worked better. I am going to purchase some larger binding spines. For the price, it is a good machine.

Although this binding machine does exactly what it is meant to it does get finicky at times and jams up but other than that it is a great product

cheaper than heading off to staples for a quick binding job. only handles 12 pages, at the very most, depending on the paper type and weight. some pieces are plastic, but generally nothing that matters. need to find the right settings, so use some scrap paper until calibrated.Only really comes with 2 sizes of combs, I somewhat doubt the 450 page capacity.

Today was the first time to try the binding machine. It is faulty - the teeth to cut the holes into the paper are either missing or not sharp enough as it is absolutely useless. Unfortunately I see that I am unable to return this as it is past the 'return window date'
