My husband and I ordered these container hooks for his work. The hooks make lifts and rigging so much easier! When we ordered, we ordered 2 right and 2 left but recieved 4 right. I contacted the company to let them know the error. I was so impressed, they answered quickly and immediately shipped the 2 left out. I received the return label for the other 2 right hooks. I work long hours and couldn't ship them back quickly (within the week) and they actually called to make sure we had the return label and to see if any help was needed. Amazing service! I highly recommend the product and the company!

The product photos don't do these items justice. They are sizable, heavy duty, and well made. These ain't no kiddy toy!

Exactly as described and very heavy duty. Fit perfectly and was very secure for lifting storage containers the right way. No more fighting with hooks or shackles that dont fit properly.
