I wanted to like this so much but I could not get it to work. Either with ARC or Optical. I had the correct settings on my tv. Did all the troubleshooting but nothing worked. I went to the Mzeibo website for support and all I got was a full screen of "Activate your Warranty". I could not get that off the screen. I was not going to warranty it if I was not going to keep it. I spent about 3 hours trying everything. The orange light when pressing ARC would not come on. Kept saying Bluetooth on. Optical, after changing my settings only gave me screeching static. At this point I was done. I have a Samsung TV and hate it. The settings are difficult at best. But I managed to do everything Youtube and Google told me but to no avail. So I am returning this item. I had a Roku streaming bar prior to this and it worked great with the optical. I never can get the ARC to work on either Samsung. I upgraded to the Roku Ultra so cannot use the streambar for Roku anymore. I will see if I have better luck with another brand.
