Easy to use, easy to detach and attach. It is compact. It is made of sturdy materials but is not metal. This means it is a lot cheaper and well shaped. But it may be if you drop it it gets damaged more easily. I haven't dropped it so I don't know.It worked on every Tesla charger I tried. It is possible some chargers are set to Tesla only, but I didn't find one. This is not as common as you might think. Although trying to charge at a Tesla store is probably overly hopeful.I cannot speak of how well it works above 32A.

This EVDANCE NACS to J1772 adapter functioned precisely as advertised, successfully enabling my home Tesla charger to power my parents' Chevy Bolt. As demonstrated in the attached image, I was able to deliver approximately 9.4kW of power to the Bolt using this adapter.A valuable added benefit is that my Tesla Solar system accurately recognized this power draw as originating from an electric vehicle, appropriately classifying the energy consumption accordingly.Overall, I highly recommend this product. It offers an exceptional solution at a fair price.

WORKED GREAT with my 2019 Bolt EV when using with my son's Tesla WALL CHARGER. Now we can share same charger in the garage.Five star, no issues.

**Amazon Review: NACS to J1772 Charging Adapter - Max 80 Amp & 250V**I regret purchasing the NACS to J1772 Charging Adapter. This product simply does not work at Tesla charging stations. If you’re considering it for your non-Tesla vehicle, save your money. The chances of using it successfully are minimal—perhaps it might work for a handful of scenarios, like charging at a friend's house (using a home charger), but that’s about it.For the vast majority of drivers who want to charge their non-Tesla vehicles at Tesla stations, this adapter is useless. Tesla charging stations require a Tesla vehicle and a Tesla account to access charging, so there’s no way to pay for a charge with this adapter. It’s frustrating to see a product marketed for such a wide audience when in reality, it serves almost no one. Unless you happen to own a Tesla home charger but not a Tesla vehicle, this product feels like a scam. In short, 99.99% of potential users will find it completely impractical. Don't bother!

I've been using this adapter to charge my Rivian R1T for the past couple months. I've used it primarily with Tesla UMCs, both gen1 and gen2, charging from 16 to 40A. Charging sessions sometimes extend for 20+ hours since my truck's battery is pretty thirsty. I have used it in the rain and summer heat with no problems. It does not get hot from high resistance. The locking switch is a nice touch. Overall build quality feels solid and heavy for its size, and when everything is plugged in, there is no slop in the connectors. Some people will think the price is too low, and they may say "you get what you pay for" to justify spending over $100 on an adapter, but really, an adapter shouldn't need to cost more than $50. Tesla sells their own J1772>>NACS adapters for $50 and those are fine. These are simple things.

I purchased the Evdance Mini Tesla to J1772 adapter so that we'd have more options when charging on our road trips. The first Tesla Destination charger I tried it in would not work, so I tried a different one at a local hotel, and it worked perfectly. My understanding is that this won't work if the charger is set up for Tesla only.It seems to be high quality materials and everything fits tightly. The one issue is that the Tesla side does not lock securely. It won't slide in without depressing the blue button, but it slides out without pressing the button, though not easily. I also wish that the buttons could be locked. For the money though, I am pleased with this purchase.

we recently added to our home charging network the grizzl-e ultimate and autel level 2 chargers. both level 2 chargers were ordered with the NACS connector. both chargers and the polestar were set for 48 amps. our 2022 polestar 2 though has the CCS port. this adaptor worked with both new level 2 chargers to charge the polestar at 48 amps.

I love this as it is convenient so I can also use the Tesla basic charger if my charger isn’t available. Cannot use the super charger but that’s fine as I have a hybrid so it can’t super charge anyway.

It works flawlessly with my Volvo XC40 Recharge. The little blue toggle to lock/unlock the connection between the Tesla charger and the adapter is only so-so, but I just ignore it. Also it fits in my cup holder which is handy. (Overall about the same size a can of pop/soda.) I have not encountered a Tesla charger that locks me out yet, and I imagine that would be a pain, but that's not the adapter's fault.

using the adapter to charge a chevy bolt with a tesla mobile connector, works really well, no hiccups and easy to use with any tesla connector (dont use it for supercharging you will blow up)
