First time using it jammed often and sent pennies into the quarter, nickel, AND dime slots in addition to the penny slot. I intend to give it another fair shot but after an hour i had about a dozen rolls of coin and gave up. Total count cant be trusted because a penny sent through the quarter slot counts as a quarter.

The machine does its job. I was not impressed with the quality of the manufacturing. Feels very toy-ish. Again. It wrapped coins just fine. I don't think it would withstand a fall.

The first 10 minutes it worked great! Then coin jambs, coins flying across the tube into the tray so I'm not sure if those coins were counted so I have to empty the wrapper and hand count what's in the wrapper. Constant jambs and not able to pick up coins inside to load into sorter slots in the machine. Almost easier to count by hand. Less mistakes! I gave it a 3 because when it works properly it's very helpful. Do I recommend this product? I would go with a better quality item knowing what I know now. Overall, it is helpful, affordable, just realize it's not a banks sorting machine. Good luck!

I believe I received a used product, there was Korean money in the box. When I filled the hopper halfway, below the max fill line, it jammed. The opening in the back to clear the jammed coins does not allow access to where most of the coins fell.

Don't waste your money on this product. This was given to me for Christmas, and I only need to use it once a month or so. Since then, I have tried to use it twice. Both times it has given me nothing but trouble. Coins jam easily. Coins do not slide down into the wrappers properly, and then the count is inaccurate. I felt I needed to give the product a chance, but now I am past the return date. So, I guess it will go into the trash can. Don't waste your money!!!

It does jamb up more than it should. It does count coins perfectly. Overall it’s a decent machine. Easy to use.
