This was super easy to install, but I did end up using my own anchors rather than the ones provided because they seemed flimsy and I happened to have the right size on hand.I recommend marking your vertical line; I accidentally ended up installing my wire cover strips slightly crooked because I didn’t. (Hey, it looked fine from 3 inches away!)

Really easy to place these around the house in common areas to use your Nanit camera. Important to note that dashboard features (sleep tracking, etc) are unavailable with this camera mount so it isn’t a true replacement for the floor or wall mounts but now I can use the camera while visiting family or just keeping an eye on my kiddo sleeping in the bassinet in the living room while I use the bathroom. For the price, I’d recommend adding this to your parenting arsenal to continue adding value to your Nanit camera and expanding your parenting arsenal. This will be great to use when my child is old enough to play in another room on their own and just want to keep an eye on them like a traditional nanny cam.

Does what it needs to do. I've used this on a vacation when mounted on a tripod and it worked perfectly. I also use it at home when toddler sleeps in a different room than normal (we have a wall-mount in nursery). The only downside is the cost, but Nanit is a premium tier product.

This base is sturdy and easy to use. It is small and easy to to pack but gets the job done. It is a great addition to your Nanit camera and makes it super easy to travel with it.

I like the stand , it’s a decent height , sturdy , and the base is solid, the camera clicks in nicely and stays in well and very easy to use / Install however I don’t like how the stand is not flexible to move around , the head of the camera moves up and side to side but not a lot, I was hoping the neck of the camera stand was flexible to move a lot more to our needs for different angles, but it’s stiff plastic. This would be the most ideal for when baby is in the crib for Birds Eye view but my baby sleeps in my room due to limited space and it just doesn’t work. I ended up purchasing a different cheaper stand with a flexible neck that moves in all directions and use the flex stand on there however doing it this way does not give sleep analytics and the room temp can be finicky ( gotta play around with it) but it works for me well since our baby is in our room. Over all I do like the floor stand and was really hoping it would work for us. If I had baby sleep in his own room I think this would work really well for us.

This travel stand for the Nanit Camera is definitely recommended for all owners of a Nanit Camera, especially those parents that travel with their child, or don’t want to use the wall or tall stand mounts for the camera. It is worth the price, especially to allow for the flexibility to move the camera to other rooms in the house or for travelling. It is easy to use, and fits easily into bags, or a case that is sold separately to house the stand and the camera.
