Installation and Operating:
Preparation
The assembly of all calibration shall meet the maximum flow requirement.
Please clean the port and fitting before installation, it will effectively avoid bring dust to the air path.
Pay attention to direction of air flow and arrow pointing on product body if correct, minding port and thread size if match.
Pressure Adjustment
Pull up the knob of pressure gauge, rotate:
If you do clockwise rotation, pressure will rise steadily.Pressure will down when you rotate counterclockwise.
Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob,forget this step you may face leakage problem.
Dial Reading
Make sure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body, and pay attention to whether the reading rises and falls smoothly while adjusting pressure.
Drainage
Drainage column will automatic excrete if there is no pressure,and it will close during the air flow passing. When the water level is beyond upper limit, drainage is necessary, otherwise that will cause poor dehumidification.

Bought to replace the FR out of a Japanese airbrush compressor.Works as good as the original unit.Great product.

Just unpacked this and fitted the pressure gauge to the pressure regulator/primary ( 5 micron ) filtration unit. That is the only assembly required other than attaching it to the compressor. There are no nuts and bolts that come with this unit so you will need to figure out what bolts are required for your particular situation.It is ultra compact and the body seems to be made of die cast metal. The bowls are poly carbonate so you need only clean these with soap and water when necessary. No chemical cleaners as the PC bowls will become cloudy.Input and output ports are 1/4 NPT and a pair of brass couplers come with this along with a plastic fitting connector. Why they include this connector I couldn’t say. Seems like a waste as no self respecting tradesman would ever use it.I’m going to install it on my Porter Cable pancake compressor and put it through some heavy use in the next week.Will revisit this review with the details and post accordingly.

Needed a small regulator/filter so gave this a go. Toss any plastic fittings, and good to go. Gauge is a bit on the tiny side too. Otherwise mounted it to the wall, connected it up and worked like a charm. The auto drain feature is nice, it works when the air pressure drops to a few lbs and the bottom push drains loose tension and let the water out although no water yet. Bowls and locks that hold it on the body are a bit thin. Good to go otherwise

I used mine for my IR garage mate compressor. It seems like the regulator and filters are good enough quality. For the price, it's excellent and fits my needs very well.I didn't use any of the included fittings and used some Teflon tape I already had open, so I can't speak to the quality of the included accessories.FYI, you'll see I dropped it and broke a piece off of the regulator knob. It still works just fine. Whoops.

Faulty, leaks at the regulator housing. Showed up on time, but is now costing me time. So there you go. Maybe spend the extra 20 bucks on a better unit.

Minus 2 stars for the easy connect provided with the item. The threadded part of it broke easily andit took great effort to remove it from the compressor outlet. I suggest using only other one made of St. St.I also ordered the bouble filter version of 5 & 0.1 microns and it came with two brass 5 microns filters!!!
