Strong, water proof, and able to hold a lot of medical stuff. Strong side latches to make sure it stays closed and secure. No one will miss seeing this "red box" when needed. A great buy!

The design, quality, and durability are hands- down excellent. Great maneuverability for ease of transport to the person in need of care. Waterproof. Worth the money. Will likely last a lifetime unless you light it on fire.

22+ years EMS/Fire. I bought this case bundled with the lid organizer to add a BLS trauma kit to one of my vehicles. The case size is excellent and the material is tough enough for any situation I can throw at it. The lid organizer is a must have for smaller or for first use items. I have been able to add more gear into this case than some of the rescue agency gear bags I have had to use over the years.

This box is very solid and well-made! I'm quite pleased with the purchase. We used it to store critical trauma supplies in a very isolated ag shelter. The lock holes are reinforced and solid if you need to release control of it at any time while traveling. There is ample space (see details in the listing) inside for several supplies. We have a Stop the Bleed Intermediate in there with extra bandages, but honestly, you could fit two of those kits and still have a little room on the top.Since this is a rural, outdoor, unpowered ag shelter I am very interested to see how this holds up. It is mostly protected from direct wind, rain, etc... but only time will tell. If I learn more in the coming months and years, Ill update the review. However at this time, VERY VERY PROMISING.

I was impressed by the build quality of this case. I typically default to Pelicans, but I just can't seem to justify the additional cost these days. This case should hold up pretty well over time. I'm confident a 6' drop onto a hard, flat surface won't faze it, but it'd be interesting to see some drop tests from greater heights. The double latches provide some added assurance in case of drops. The case itself would likely crack and break before the latches open unintentionally.

This is a great value for what seems like a really well made case. It will replace our soft pouch kit that's stored in a dry bag. This is a really nice size, as well, for a two-person first-aid kit. There was one small blemish and, unfortunately, it's on a part of this that makes this stand out as a first-aid kit. It almost seems like the case was placed in the protective plastic bag too soon after the white cross was screened on.It'll get beat up for our use, but it was still a bit of a bummer for this. Certainly not a reason to replace it.Time will tell how it holds up but the hinge and clasps seem to be durable.
