I am happy with my purchase. I like to use rice flower to make the couche "non stick". The couche is a good size for my needs and Ihas food stiffness to give the baguette enough support to keep its shape.

I recently added baguettes to my farmers market menu, so I needed to expand on production, so I chose this product upon reading reviews. I was not disappointed, really great quality, and I am very pleased. I’ve actually bought two of them since.

First time use - great but once washed it shrinks and wrinkles. Makes it useless. 🤷â€â™€ï¸

It is like burlap. The bigger size will allow for another loaf or baguette.

I am still quite early into my adventures in home bread making, but baguettes are my absolute favorite, so I have been drying to try to make them. I picked up this Couche, and I am really happy with it. It functions beautifully, providing ample strength to support the proper folds required, and looks that it will last years. I have yet to master the Baguette, but by no fault of the Couche, only my lacking skills in the baking process. I highly recommend this Bakers Couche if you too are looking to bake your own Baguettes. Great Find!
