I suffer from dizziness a lot and I have some balance issues on this. I am able to use it and I like the bungees that help me get an upper body workout as well as the stepper. It recommends doing it in bare feet which I have been doing because it's a little small for my feet with shoes and it is slippery with just socks on. With that being said, I have been using it daily for a good 10 minute workout and it fits my needs for a low impact exercise device that was very affordable. I got a good deal for this it was only $30!

After using for about 20 min it starts making a squeaking noise. Resistance is poor. Wouldn’t recommend
