This little pom-pom blocks the wind noise just as effectively as what's provided by Sony as a wind muff. It's around the same size, but it's a lot softer and includes a cold shoe mount for an extra mic or light. I had no issues sliding it in either. If you want to get a new wind muff or would like to use it at the same time as another mount, this is a great option.

This is a nice wind muff for my Sony ZV-1. It slides into the hot shoe slot and covers the mics on top of the camera. A second cold shoe is provided on top for additional accessories such as lighting.Quality is great and the cover is removable for cleaning if needed. The cover does a good job in windy conditions and I saw no difference in function between the original version that came with my camera and this version.Bottom Line: Good Quality Mic Muff that effectively cuts wind noises.

This cold shoe wind muff for my Sony vlog camera is a direct replacement for the one that came with it. This wind muff covers the microphone on the camera and find it to be a necessary piece of equipment that I consistently break over and over and over again. The cold shoe on these wind muffs are plastic and I tend to break them or lose them. This one is white in color .This one fits a little loose in my cold shoe and there's no attachment to tighten it or pieces to make it thicker and just simply slides in and out of my cold shoe very easily I'm probably going to have to add a piece of double sided tape to this in order to get it to hold correctly as every time I tilt my camera it just slides right out of the cold shoe and it's not taught which is unfortunate and does not function properly But is easy to use.The value on this is not expensive as I have bought several of these at this point and these are very affordable. I just wish they fit a little better or were built better and do not find the quality to be up to par in my opinion.Overall this cold shoe wind muff although attractive fits loose in my cold shoe for my Sony ZVE 10 it can be remedied with double sided tape but it's not ideal to have to modify something that should just fit properly so in my opinion These are just cheap replacements as far as build quality goes. and if that's what you're looking for I would have no problem recommending this to you.

This is a soft and puffy windscreen for your sony ZV camera. It's a perfect fit for the selected models so be sure to check the model names. If you are not sure what this really is, it will allow you to shoot outdoors in breezy or windy conditions and blocks the rustling sounds. The cold shoe adapter allows you to put any kind of other accessory like a light or additional microphone; naturally, that will add some bulk to the set-up. The product photos are entirely accurate, so I don't think I can provide any better view.

I've always hated that the windscreen blocked the mount on the camera, and this fixes it! The part is plastic, but seems sturdy. Neewer makes excellent quality stuff, I own a lot of their products, and have had excellent luck so far.

i like the white so i dont lose it, and im still able to use the nato rail, and get the added cold shoe for my wireless mic receiver.
