I bought this as an add on for a Mevo Core that doesn't have a shoe, but has multiple 1/4" slots. Works perfectly. I would highly recommend for similar needs. Construction is good and the screw / tool it comes with are good quality

Great, professional cold shoe mount for a great price! I use these for so many different things. I have quite a few of them and have not had a single issue.

Works great. Nice that it comes with the Allen wrench. Mounts tight and stays put on a cheese plate or atop a camera handle.

Firstly, the cold shoes themselves work great for my purposes and fit on any camera cage. I especially like the arrows on the adapters so I don't have to fiddle with my equipment when I inevitably forget which way I mounted it.However, I feel that it's worth mentioning that the included hex keys are utter garbage. They worked fine when first putting the cold shoe in, but when I took it back out to move it elsewhere, I almost completely stripped the screw. Do yourself a favor and buy a cheap pack of proper hex keys before you end up with a cold shoe permanently stuck to your cage.

I use Canon Vixia camcorders to record YouTube videos and was seeking a way to mount small monitors to allow the subjects to see themselves as I record. The monitors mount in a cold shoe, but the camcorders lack that feature. The cold shoes have a screw hole to allow mounting and I mounted them to a bar allowing multiple devices to be mounted. The system works great: camcorder and monitor are mounted on the bar which is mounted on a quick release allowing the subject to see themselves video as it’s recorded.

Bought these to add to a new little pinhole camera along with the TTArtisan old timey meter. Easy to mount with a couple tiny screws and function perfectly as expected.
