I have used many brands and capacity for my ninja v video recorder and this one has been the best, it's the lightest and the capacity is accurate and enough, charges very fast but only with PD power delivery charger and cable. No PD power delivery charger and cable then expect many hours of charging. Great quality ! Price is very good!

As a fulltime filmmaker batteries are paramount. The ole Sony model NP-F batteries are probably the most used in my universe.This one is a little pricier than other models but it has he advantage of USB C charging.Rate at 7000mAh which is higher than the original Sony 750 which is 5200mAh.Confusing? yes the number merely indicates the size of the battery NP-F550 (Small), NP-F750 (Medium),NP-F970 (Large), and anything in between all the way to NP-F990 which is a brick.Unfortunately the capacity of the battery has little to do with its performance. The cell inside the battery does. There are some great videos out there about manufactures and what cells they use inside the batteries. I do own 2 Neewer V Mount 150Wh 14.4V 10400mAh batteries and they perform flawlessly for about a year now.So I know that this battery will perform well. Is it the best battery out there? No, there are other brands that outperform Neewer, but not the focus of this review.What I like about this battery is that apparently you can charge it while using. Not sure how this works and would have to do stress tests, but just by plugin an external USB power to the battery (AC or power bank) may increase the use time of the battery. Tests need to be done to verify this. I do have a NP-Fz100 battery that does have a USB C charger and I did verify that it extends the battery life in the camera significantly while having the battery plugged to an AC USB C charger.Yes, you may be thinking why not use a V-Mount with a dummy then. I do, but sometimes you are in a hurry and don't have the time to setup external power and boom. Something like this is handy.

The Neewer NP-F750 7000mAh battery provides almost 7x more capacity than a standard NP-FW50 Sony battery and of course, provides the added convenience that it can be charged in any number of ways. This includes a standard wall charger, car charger, computer, a phone charging block, power bank, in fact, almost any means that PD is via a USB-C cable.Neewer’s battery provides long lasting power for those accessories that utilize an NP-F series battery. Regrettably, the USB-C port is input only, so it can only be used to charge the battery. So, in my case, as a user of a Sony Alpha camera, I cannot connect the battery directly to the camera via a USB cable, or use this battery as a power bank. However, Neewer makes an adapter plate that can be used to power a camera or other devices with this battery. In any event, I have other NP-F series batteries that do have USB-C output, so I’ve dedicated the use of this Neewer to providing a power source for a portable LED photo light. That works out well, because its portable, provides plenty of power and can always be packed as a kit with that light.Neewer continues to provide innovative solutions for image makers, and this powerful battery is just one example. I own a number of other Neewer accessories, and they never disappoint. This battery is provided with a USB cable and user manual.

I am so thankful for USB-C direct charging on this battery. For years I’ve been complaining about all the various chargers I have for all the various batteries I have. I store them all together in a box and it is always a hassle finding the right charger for the right battery. Charging by USB-C is a game changer and so much easier. When I charge this battery, it gets a little warm, but nothing to concern me and no warmer than when using a charger. I am using this battery on various LED lights that I use for photography/videography. This battery has a 7,000 mAh capacity and seems to outlast my other batteries, but my other batteries are old so I’m not so sure it is a fair comparison. The battery is solidly built and the exterior doesn’t seem like thin plastic like you find on some replacement batteries. I believe the price to be fair. I own quite a few products from Neewer and I’ve been pleased with this brand over the years. Five stars.

I needed this battery to use with an LED photography light to use whenever a power outlet is not available to plug into. The fit is just right for my light and snaps right in. I appreciate the USB-C charging port built into the battery since the USB-C format is now ubiquitous. It eliminates the need for a separate NP-F battery charger to worry about losing. A USB-A to USB-C charge cable is included, which even has a velcro cable management strip attached to it. It's those small details that add up. The battery has a charge indicator light that's red when charging and changes to green when fully charged. The brown shell is unlikely to match any photography or video equipment, but the different color is a visual reminder that this is not a standard battery that needs a separate charger.

I really like Neewer gear. It usually represents great value for money, well made, and makes great gear. This battery is no exception and I found that this battery holds easily the same power as the Sony originals, if not more power. Having the USB-C charging port is also a really welcome addition, especially when fitting this to a camera rig. One minor niggle. The color of the battery is awful. I wish they'd just keep it in original black. But that's just an aesthetic preference.

Nice larger capacity Sony style NP-F battery. I really like these Neewer batteries because they can be charged using just a USBC cable rather than requiring a charging stand. If you have been using NP-F batteries, you probably know this higher capacity NP-750 battery is interchangeable with the lower capacity NP-F550 to get more run time on your camera or lights.

I have a portable fan that takes NP-F batteries as the power source. F550 is too small (any 10000mAh power bank has more total available power than that!), while F9x0 is simply too big and heavy relative to the fan itself. That's why I settled onto this F750-like battery by Neewer. It even works with USB-C to USB-C charging.Only downside? Max recharge speed is only 10W-12W. Most 10000mAh power banks can handle PD 18W just fine, and this battery has 40% more raw capacity.
