perfect fit for the Medela hand pump. my nipples were too long and I was not able to express milk with the shorter length. this makes pumping easy and successful. I highly recommend!

They work as they should but they don’t quite fit my pump like the original flanges do so I have to push them fairly hard against it to make sure it’s in and check throughout the pump session to make sure they’re still in there firmly. That’s is the only reason I took one star away.

They are OK. They fit fine but don't adhere very well. Plus, they lost their shape after sterilization. I contacted the seller but they weren't helpful.

Works as promised. Comfortable to wear. I learned that using the correct flange size vs inserts works best. I highly recommend buying the flange size instead of using inserts to get the right size. It does make a difference in output.

Review is for silicone rimmed flanges. They are not suitable for medium/large breasts (I am 34C/D). I wish I could return these. Right out of the box, the flanges were much smaller compared to the ones that came with my Medela pump. Also, the flange opening that is too narrow and doesn’t form to the breast. I basically threw $15 in the trash by buying these.

I liked how the company was keen on communicating and staying in touch with me till the product was delivered. As for the flange, I think it’s size is ideal, perfect for me. However having a softer outer edges would’ve made the pumping experience for me better. It’s hard to describe, but am comparing it to the medala flanges that have the rubbery/ silicon edges, these ones don’t.

These work perfectly. I had a panic when my maymom 19mm shields that I used for my son 3 years ago didn’t work with the medela symphony pump anymore (medela has changed the tubing attachments and these are no longer compatible). Thank goodness for nene shields, arrived quickly, easy to attach to the medela pump part, easier to clean than old maymom shields, work great. No issues with fit not being snug/secure to the rest of the pump mentioned by some reviewers. I really don’t know why medela don’t supply smaller breast shields, but if you need 19mm then highly recommend these.
