This is a great product that was even featured on Oprah!I find that the purpose of these votive candles is to be smaller and cheaper candles that you can purchase to try out different smells. The larger candle costs about $40 so this is a good option if you want to see if you like a particular smell or not.It comes in a clear glass vessel, with opaque stripes running vertically on the outside. This candle could match just about any interior. This small votive candle also burned very evenly (no tunneling, etc.). The Nest line of candles is a great brand and I have had a few of their other scents.While they do not use soy wax, they do use cosmetic grade paraffin - this means that the wax would be acceptable to use in cosmetic products as well. I find this to be very comforting knowing that this candle is not releasing a lot of harmful carcinogenic chemicals like other cheaper candles do. Also their fragrance throw is unparalleled. For such small candles, they release a lot of fragrance into a room.Now for the smell.. I would say the strongest notes are of the grapefruit, however, this is far from the only scent that is in this candle. I am not sure what lily of the valley smells like but I find there to be a bit of an earthy scent to this which is probably from the lily of the valley scent. I am sitting here smelling it now to try to give you the most accurate description possible. It reminds me of a spring or summer day and is a very clean smelling scent. This would be a great kitchen or bathroom candle. There is also a more subtle note of coriander blossom giving it a bit of a sweet smell. Altogether, these smells come together to create a very unique smell that I have not had before. I highly recommend the smell of this candle.Overall, I would definitely recommend this candle. Its good looks, high fragrance throw, and delicious smell would compliment any home, leaving you with a clean, great scent. While it is very pricey for its small size, I find it to be a good option to test out a smell before buying a more expensive larger nest candle.

The combination of scents in this candle are exquisite . The whole room smells so wonderful. It is a bit pricy for the tiny glass but in my opinion, well worth it.

I love nest products!! And The grapefruit scent is the best. These candles are pretty expensive but they give off scent without even being lit. I gave one to my OB/GYN as a gift and she tells me it’s in her bathroom and she doesn’t even have it lit and she still smells it. The glass is very pretty with simple lines and will match most decors. You can always spot a nest candle from far away due to this unique pattern. Amazon has the best pricing for these candles that I have found. The last candle I got came to me in the month of June and was delivered with the next day delivery option. When I opened the packaging to admire the smell the candle was completely melted all over the box. I live in Florida and it was the month of June so this isnt surprising. But Amazon sent me a new candle the next day. You can’t get service better than that. I have gifted this scent many times and its my favorite.

There is barely any scent. Twenty dollars for a votive is absurd, especially when the candle is such poor quality!!!

So this candle smells divine. I thought it would be a little more fragrant though for the cost. It will make a small room smell great, but won’t be enough to change the smell of a kitchen for example.

i love nest products! i used to live with my ex boyfriend rent free in a "cottage" a "smaller" home from the owners home. but it was located in the backyard of the big home in lattingtown that they lived in. to work for a very high end family who was part of the doubleday family! they made lots of money and were so sweet never acted like they were better then anyone. but anyways they had these candles lit all over there home and i fell in love. they would have one lit in the very front room where the front door was located and you could smell the beauty of it rooms away. it is that good!! i was so happy i found them and started ordering for myself. they had nest candles and liquids on every floor of the house. im obsessed! it is worth the money and lasts long to!

Smells strongly of oranges when lit and makes the whole room smell lovely! Although the price is rather high given the small size, definitely a purchase I may consider again in the future-the candle I bought is far from being burnt out!

I absolutely love allll candles by NEST!! My absolute favourites. They are just the best.. I can’t put it into words.. you really have to smell them for yourself.. it’s a vibe too.. they create such an ambience !!!

Smells nice but not worth the price - very small and doesn't last long. I've bought better 'ocean' smelling candles for a lot better value.
