Super simple replacement. I spent $940.00US 4 years ago on a mechanic shop to replace the original. Well, that was when groceries didn't cost the same amount for a bag of chips; so this time I said "why not, because I can't anyways?". Ordered this one for approx $100 and came in 2 days. That was a month ago and so far 0 problems. I could do this 10 times and still save money.

This unit replaced my old rattelly alternator with the bearings going out. Has been doing fine for several thousand miles now. Not an easy job for the do it yourselfer, but the product did everything as expected.

Definitely not OEM but it works. Windings are thinner. Not as heavy/hefty as the original tho. Can't beat the price. I'm happy.
