This crane remote is a top notch wireless unit sure beats the annoying hard cable that i put up with for years - in winter could hardly wind up cable cuz it was so stiff This is the answerOnly ony one thing bad is They should make button inserts for identification of each function. But still not a president i used a label printer and labeled each one

I ordered this off the shelf in hopes that it would work on my electric/hydraulic truck mounted service crane,off the self it did not, but after contacting Newtry I was told they could customize it, And they did,but it still wasn't quite right so after another conversation to clarify what exactly was needed they built a new mother board that I installed and now it works perfectly, every function is as should be. Set up wasn't to hard, little trial and error to get your wires right but after that it works great. Has a plastic sleeve to go over the remote and if you take the remote apart is seems weather tight......All except for the little plastic key at the bottom of the remote that turns it on. That is not water tight and any bit of water on it and the whole remote is shot. I'd really like to be able to buy another remote and not have to buy the whole set-up again. If the remote was water proof I'd give it 5 stars.

Used it for about a month on the truck for a total of maybe 12 times and already broken and won’t work. In the process of doing a warranty claim with the manufacture.

I made my jeep 90% remote.(lights,winches,air compressor). I couldn't figure out somethings on programming the key's but there customer service worked with me a 110%. I can't speak for how long it will last but it works great for now.

I have two of these on different crane trucks and have installed it on 3 other trucks for my competitors in my field of work. And each one has performed great. No delay at all and have installed every receiver in a nema 3r metal box with over 40ft of reception. The wire hook up can be a little confusing for people in the US with there codes but when you figure it it’s comes easier. If only I could find one with a momentary switch on the back to increase the throttle it would be great.

Ich habe diese Fernbedienung vor einem Jahr gekauft und hin und wieder an einer Forstseilwinde in Betrieb. Nach dem ich die Betriebsanleitung in Deutsch angefordert hatte und dann mit der Fernbedienung arbeiten konnte, stellte sich eine Unzuverlässigkeit im Betreib ein. Der Sender oder Empfänger schaltet zuweilen ab. Dann muss zum Teil wieder neu gestartet werden. Manchmal geht die Sende Empfangsanlage wieder.Für wichtige Arbeiten, bei denen es auf 100 prozentige Funktionsfähigkeit und absolute Zuverlässigkeit ankommt, ist diese Anlage nicht geeignet!!!!
