As described, this replacement plug is durable and well designed for easy installation. Just make sure the plug assembly will fit into your RV's access hole before wiring it up because with the finger pull, it is larger than the original factory plug.

The plug works but is very difficult to make work with thicker wires like 10/3 - the one that should be used with this plug / receptacle. The bottom set of screws next to where the wire goes in is held by an inserted metal clamp, held by 2 screws that must be inserted while squeezing the two halves together, which is impossible to incorporate with thick wires - you can't find the right way to insert the screws. It took me an hour for one plug to attach the wiring inside. And I left out the bottom two screws that go into the clamp, which I left out of the plug. That said, the other 4 screws keep the unit tight, but... Do yourself a favor, spend a few more dollars on a high quality plug / receptacle.
