I used this for a doorbell transformer that needed a plug. It worked well and was easy to use. It's not a complicated piece of kit. Pop the cover off, screw in the three wires, pop the cover back on, and you are set!

Lower cost than the big box store. Good replacement parts. I used them on older small appliances that the copper was leaching through the plug, and leaving a green film stain on the outlet.

Beware when you wire this plug as the extruding pins are not up to code. They are just the same size (cheaper to make). Get one that complies with US wiring standards.

Don't buy expensive electrical items. If you can repair your power cords you save money.

These are nice replacement plugs and easy to make all connections. The ground pin is solid which I like where most of the others I looked at are formed metal. It has an internal wire restraint so there is no strain on the connections. Would buy again.
