I bought this chord to use as an extension to the one that came with my trailer. It's quality built and does the job. It's thick and seems to handle the current well. I used it at an RV park over a summer weekend and never felt the chord get hot or warm. I feel much better using this as opposed to pairing down to a thin gage household extension chord.

The brass plug ends are to short so it does not plug in very securely, but it does plug in The good part is it is very very easy to unplug or plug in but it does not fit real tight like all my other cords do. The quality if the cord rubber itself is very nice and easy to handle but how thick the inner ire is none of us really know we only know what we are told unless we cut it open. I doubt it is 10 gauge copper as advertised as. It don,t really matter how many bad reviews an Item gets because after so many bad reviews they just change the name brand of the Item and start selling it again .After all this is the CCP we are buying from here on Amazon.

I love having this extension cord. It works for charging my Model 3 from my dryer outlet. It's reliable and does not get hot. I previously tried another cord at a similar price point, and this one is much better.
