4 out of the 8 batteries I received, when installed, were not making a good contact. Display would show "insert batteries" I took some fine emery cloth (fine sand paper) and gently rubbed the + and - ends of the battery. The - edge is surrounded by plastic. Remove the plastic with sand paper. Reinserted the batteries. Problem solved. Batteries worked fine. Positive ends were long enough. Just needed to rough up the metal (ends). If you are having trouble charging the battery, the problem may be with the battery contacts. Try roughing them up.

We have had a set of Panasonic battery phone for 3-4 years and the batteries had trouble holding a charge. These batteries gave them more life.

I tried all of the batteries included and none of them work with my Panasonic phone. I re-ordered with the actual Panasonic store batteries and those worked great!
