It didn’t come in its original box nor did it come with instructions. Why should that be? I didn’t order a return or refurbished item. It’s pretty disappointing on that standing alone.

This was the best money I have ever spent! I use my Ninja Creami almost every day. Protein ice cream, wine slushes, Italian ice… there’s sooooo many things you can make with it. I made milkshakes with it for the first time the other day and I kid you not, all the boys came to my yard! I highly recommend for anyone who loves ice cream!

I want to start by saying that I really enjoyed using this device; however, I cannot recommend purchasing it, especially from Ninja. My experience with their customer service has been disappointing, and I believe there are better options available.I purchased the device in August, and by February, it had already broken. When I contacted Ninja for assistance, they informed me that they could replace the unit, but I needed to call a different number to proceed. Unfortunately, I discovered that my warranty had expired after 90 days.During the call, the representative mentioned that the issue I faced—a separation of the blade from the machine, which ultimately caused it to burn out—is a common problem with this model. It's frustrating to think that they were eager to take my $200 six months ago but were not as committed to standing behind their product.Amazon's customer support was no help either; they directed me back to Ninja.If you decide to purchase this device, I genuinely hope your experience with Ninja's customer service is better than mine. However, based on my experience, I would recommend considering alternative brands that offer more reliable support.

This was sold refurbished. I thought it was new. It was scratched and did not have the manual. VERY disappointed in myself for not noticing. The price was not indicative of a used appliance either. Got ripped off.
