As a system, this isn't great, but as individual pieces it works well. We used each of the individual pieces and hung them up as part of a ninja course in our basement. We didn't even bother using the ratcheting system.

I ordered 2 for 2 seperate kids. 1 box was on time but was sent the one with 9 pieces instead of the 12. The other box came a month late. It was open and half the stuff was missing. The box was busted up. I asked for a replacement because my son really wants it. I was told a refund is all I can get. Now I have to watch to catch it on sale again or buy it elsewhere. This just sucks!!!! The few pieces that were still there seemed to be good quality. Still irritated.

I’m a single mom and had to watch multiple YouTube videos to figure out how to work the ratchet.It seems to have a lot of slack even after tightening it and it has a lot of bounce and give to it. Definitely would NOT hold my weight (100 pounds) and hardly holds my daughter’s weight (30 pounds) - so probably couldn’t handle 2 kids at the same time. Maybe I didn’t install it correctly? I dunno. The line was as tight as I could get it but it would still bow when she would get on the swing etc.My daughter did love it but it didn’t hold up well to the elements. The wood on the swing started warping after only a couple months.

The one I got didn't come with all the hooks to hang the toys up, I only received 6 and of those 6 3 keel coming unscrewed as my daughter is playing on it. So watch your hooks carefully, if you received them all anyways.

So, so difficult to set up, even with decent trees. Definitely no instructions. Had to put it up and take it down 3 times. 4 hours total set up for us. We have to constantly adjust it, usually on Saturdays. With that being said, my elementary kids are climbing on it a ton!
