Our Ubbi diaper pale keeps smells inside but is overwhelming to open when putting a new diaper in. It would fill the room with stink just to slide the lid open. I read in another review that the charcoal bag wouldn't work well if placed below a trash bag (in our case, it probably still would have worked due to the nature of bag placement in an Ubbi pale) so I taped the edges to hold it to the top of the pale lid (on the nonsliding part). Worked like a charm. Amazing. No smell when I open it to put a new diaper in. And limited smell when changing the whole bag. I will definitely be buying more of these.

These don't freshen quite as well as the ones that came with my iTouchless kitchen trash can, but they are okay. The scent just doesn't seem to last quite as long or maybe it's not as strong off the bat. Still okay for the price, so long as you don't have lots of really foul smelling garbage. You might have to change them more often than the pricier ones, which could negate your savings.

When the trash can lid pops open I can smell the still but I don’t notice it when the lid is closed so it doesn’t stink when you’re around it. (?)

We have these in our garbage can, and we’ll….we don’t smell the garbage, so it’s a safe assumption these work!

I've bought various different carbon bags for the trash can I have. These are by far the quickest to stop working that I have come across. Instead of lasting a few months I'm lucky if these last 2-3 weeks before the odors take over and they need replaced.

Perfect for our kitchen trash! Absorbs odor well, no complaints. I did rate 4 stars for easy to clean because this isn't an item you necessarily clean, just toss them when they stop absorbing odors as well.
