I rarely write Amazon reviews, but these deserve one. I bought one pair, liked them so much that I immediately bought two more, and plan on buying at least 2 more in different colors. These shorts are perfect for warm weather. They are true to size, lightweight, breezy, comfortable, and surprisingly well made. They work for just lounging around, or going out, and because they dry so quickly and have a drawstring, they make a great swimsuit as well. There is no shrinking or weirdness when washing, after 4 or 5 normal washes in cold water, there is no noticeable shrinking or fading. They came cuffed, but the cuff is easily removed with a seam ripper which is what I did with all of my shorts. If I could give these shorts more than 5 stars I would. Just buy the shorts, I swear you’re gonna love em.

Fantastic product. Inexpensive, extremely comfortable, fit has a medium taper, quality solid and breathes excellent. I live in Florida and I get grabbing these from my closet for going out and about and I wear them at night as pajama shorts. Only complaint is the darker colors (black) fade a little over time after many washings. But nothing in all sincerity I wouldn’t expect after the 20th wash. Regarding the fit. I llove these because they have a slight taper. I can’t stand shorts that flair out and make me feel like I’m wearing a shirt. If you like super baggy shorts don’t buy these. If you like the more tailored fit these are the ones you want. Also, because of the material blend they keep their fit. You can pull on the product and feel the spandex with a slight stretch but goes back to shape. More importantly the base materials are done nicely. Breaths like cotton and looks like linen. I don’t writes reviews often. Only things I love or hate.

The fit was good and I like the look. I however did not realize it had no button or fly. They are strictly pull on shorts with a drawstring.

My husband loves these shorts. They are very comfortable & lightweight. Size 38-40 fit perfectly. The color khaki is as shown. My 3 star reflects that they are advertised “linen†shorts. Heads up! They are 60% cotton & 35% linen & 5% something else. The descriptive wording of the shorts is misleading. There is truly very little linen feel to them. I can say my bad for not really reading the detailed material blend but when I saw “linen†I assumed so. That’s the unfortunate part if you’re looking for linen shorts, you’ll get very little with these shorts. Regardless, they wash well on cold & on normal dry. Unless you want a wrinkled short whether you hang to dry them or dry them- these will need to be IRONED. The picture doesn’t clearly show it but a small cuff is around the shorts. Upon ironing that flat & in place because it’s such a small cuff after some wear it doesn’t hold up. It falls flat & doesn’t look right because on both sides of the shorts the cuff is sewn into the short so you have no choice to just wear them flat. A heads up on that as well. I’m writing a mixed review because he likes them but then there are issues. These weren’t expensive so as for quality I got what I paid for.

Great pair of shorts. The first time I bought them, they wouldn’t fit around my waist. I returned them no problem and got a larger size which I was perfectly happy with and kept very comfortable.

These are great shorts. Quality linen, nice cut, US true sized. The only thing is that the lighter colors (pink and tan at least and surely white) are fairly transparent, so wear a lighter colored underwear (and you’re definitely going to want to wear SOMETHING under these!)Other than that, these are a great pair of shorts!

Perhaps I got an inaccurately labeled pair but I ordered a 32-34 based on size charts in both the initial product description and then a further down with store information (latter attached). I received a pair of shorts labeled "S" - but they are ridiculously large: by 7 inches in waist circumference, to be specific. That's more than 2 sizes off (and as a result, completely unusable).It's a pity because even though fabric quality does not necessarily justify the $20 price tag, I would have been happy to keep them had they been the advertised size (or within the advertised size deviation of up to 0.8 inches).

Really neat beach or just super casual ware. They fit as normal. They are designed to be baggy, so super comfortable. Waist has a wide-ish elastic waistband and a cord tie closure. No fly. The designer had some fun with small red stitching points where a fly would normally be and at tops of two side pockets. Makes them distinguishable from every other similar beach shorts out there.They are well made.Have washed many times without seeing any shrinkage.I will likely buy another pair in a different colour.

They're super comfortable and they breath very well. I love the draw string so I don't have to wear a belt. I would recommend these shorts.
