It took quite some time to season or prepare the pan for use. It is not perfectly flat on my smoothtop range, which is the very reason I purchased a new one. The pan would be better used on a gas range.

First I went to season as they want you to do. After that there was a discoloration in the metal layer. By starting doing my crepe the result did not come as expected. They were sticking so I had to be sure that I use butter. So my regular non stick pan worked better then this crepe pan.

Ita been easy to use in this tawa type non stick pan, does job good esp tortilla, pan cakes and eggs omblets and lot.. Non stick pan is easy to clean and doesnot stick, low oil helps for better health. It fits best in the electric stove and due to its thickness, it does not burn like other cheap pans.Over all, great cooking pan, makes all easy..

I am tired of having so many different small kitchen appliances for such unique purposes. When my griddle broke, I realized I did not use it very much and it was not worth getting another. This crêpe pan seemed like the perfect solution. It is large and can, make quite a bit of food, just like a griddle. The surface is nonstick and I have not had any issues with any food I have cooked on it. This is definitely a great replacement for electric griddles.

This pan is so pretty unused that I had a hard time taking it off the pot rack and seasoning it. I have a hard time seasoning pans anyway, because it takes extra time and effort and it heats the house. Of course it's time well spent, invested in consistent nonstick performance from a pan for many years. But it does seem like a bit of a hassle when you get a new pan that you want to use right away, to have to season it first. If this doesn't bother you or you are looking for a gift for a foodie who won't mind seasoning a pan, this is a great addition to a standard set. This pan can make crepes, tortillas, and other flat breads from different cultures that are round and need to be cooked in a pan, like injera bread or English muffins. This would be a good gift for a housewarming, wedding, or other gift where people will open it and be totally wow-ed by its beauty.

It turned black right away when I put it on stove. Heavier than usual non stick pan and works nothing like non stick, don’t buy it. Waste of money
