I found this wok to be ideal - it is deep enough to sautee vegetables, make curries and also soups. I like that the base is flat and relatively large bringing stability to the wok when you use and for me more importantly it balances wells on the flat ceramic cooking range I have. It is always difficult to find a lid that fits your wok perfectly and I like the fact that this wok comes with its lid and spatula. This is a recent purchase and I will know more about the scratch resistance as I continue using it. My experience has been that most wok's get scratches 8-10 months into their life, but this could also be a user issue. I like that the handle is fairly flush with the wok - over a period of time the handle gets loose and I think that the design of the handle in this product has accounted for this and dont expect this to be an issue for this product. Dishwasher safe is also a great and convenient feature. Overall a great wok and value for money.

I love my new ITSMILLERS Nonstick Stir Fry Wok! In late Spring this year, I gave my old nonstick wok to my son, it had become so difficult for me to use when making chicken fried rice, one of our family favorite. Rheumatoid arthritis has caused a lot of deformities in my hands and fingers, but it doesn’t stop me from cooking on my good days, I adjust my cookware and utensils and keep trying. I had decided maybe a nonstick stock pot might work better for me to use when making chicken fried rice. After a lengthy search and endless comparing, my decision was made and purchased a ITSMILLERS nonstick hard-anodized stock pot. Yes it did the job well and had made it a little easier on my hands to make fried rice, but it was not the same as making fried rice in a wok. I’ve used the stock pot for so many things since and I do love it. But when I saw ITSMILLERS had a new Nonstick Stir Fry Wok, I wanted to try making fried rice again in a wok. Tonight I made my families favorite chicken fried rice in my new wok and it’s perfect! I’m not sure why, but it was much easier for me to cook in this wok, compared to my old one, and the pan itself is so much lighter in weight. I felt like I had good control, even though cooking with deformed fingers and hands. I really liked using the spatula that came with the wok, again it was very easy for me to use. Clean up was breeze by hand, no dishwasher needed, and it fits perfect in my cabinet, sitting right on top of the stock pot. No need for me to use the stock pot for fried rice anymore, now that I have this wok! I highly recommend purchasing ITSMILLERS Nonstick Stir Fry Wok!!!

I purchased one about two years ago and another one recently. It heats up very fast and the size is good for both stir-frying and steaming. It is easy to clean, not too heavy and of good quality.

Tha 4 star is because of the handle. It is difficult to put on. The wok itself is great. I like the coating on the inside that is non-stick. I use it daily as it meets all my stove top needs.

One of the best purchases I made. Very durable. I have been using it for months without fail. Great size for small or bigger food. Lid fits well and is durable even after dropping. I use the wood spatulas that were provided or silicone utensils as not to scratch it. Cookies items really well. Have made soups and stir fries with it. It doesn't boil as well but does simmer well when hot enough. You can use it to cook anything but I don't recommend making pasta in.it as it takes longer. It's resistant to fork scratches but I wouldn't recommend constantly scratching it. No rust or anything. And it's flat enough to cook anything. 100% recommend.

I use this pot for a lot of different things, it’s not just a wok. I’ve made soup in it, chili and fried dumplings. I love that it’s lightweight and super easy to clean.

This is our first ITSMILLERS pan. I was searching for a healthier alternative compared to regular non-stick pans. I waited for 2 months before doing this review because I wanted to test its durability. I'm happy to have tried ITSMILLER. Since my son's diet is plant-based, all dishes are sauteed/cooked only in water not in oil. This deep pan is exactly what we're looking for. The pan is definitely quality-made, the weight is just right. It's thick enough to ensure even heat in cooking. I have used this pan for big meal servings as well as small servings, like the one in the photo. This is by far my favorite deep pan/wok. I also want to mention that the lid sits perfectly. When I make biryani, I don't need to seal the sides of the lid with dough. I just cover the hole on top of the lid to keep the steam from escaping, and it cooks my biryani perfectly. I definitely recommend this brand.

I have been using the pan for five days. So far I liked how easy it is to cook and clean afterwards. It comes with a screw driver, lid and spatula. All work well. The packaging is very good. When cooking, it becomes hot just in the right time, it does not take too long and it keeps cooking untill a bit afterwards the fire is put down. This gets a bit tricky for certain dishes. In the manual for care there are instructions about not using acidic stuff, salt directly, keeping the food for a long time and high heat. I guess every similar pan has the same instructions. As for the warranty, of course it does not cover usage related coating peels. I will update the review after one month and six months.Edit after one month: I have been using the pan almost everyday and the performance is still the same.

I’m enjoying cooking with this wok very much. It’s roomy and with the right utensils cooks up great food. It browns fried rice perfectly with a crisp skin, and releases eggs perfectly. However the spatula that came with it broke (the head came apart from the handle). I fixed it with glue, but that could have been better assembled.

Very happy to have it. I got it as mothers day gift from my husband and daughter. They knew this one is on my whistlistðŸ˜ðŸ˜.The quality if the product is good. Light weight,and i love the safety features.
