It’s hard with these exercise units to get something perfect but this unit is well designed and a good value for the money. It is definitely resistant when you first start using it. It takes a bit of balance to get going. No leaks, easy to setup and start using right away.

We have had several ministeppers, most of which were too small and flimsy for a good workout and prone to loud squeaking. This one is a high quality product that did not disappoint. No squeaking, nice heavy frame, deep pedal action, perfect for a vigorous workout. Ignore comments about resistance bands. The basic purpose of a stepper is leg exercise and this is perfect for that purpose. Lots of a stepper include exercise bands as an extra but I never use them. Price is excellent for a stepper if this quality.

The stepper itself is awesome, seems well made and very sturdy, much heavier than I thought. I didn't even notice that resistance bands came with it, but would not recommend using them. I attached them for fun to see how they would work and straight away the PLASTIC on the clip bent the opposite way and the band came FLYING OFF. It's a wonder it didn't put my eye out. DON'T USE THE RESISTANCE BANDS attached to the stepper as shown. You can use them another way I suppose, but not attached with those cheap plastic clips. Otherwise, stepper is WORTH THE $$

Impressive machine. You'll get a good workout. Comes with rug & 3 sets of strengthening bands for your arms. While using one set of the bands, one hook keeps slipping out and becomes unhinged. Can't fix that but I highly recommend the machine. 10/10!

I have a seditary job literally have gained 30 pds in 2.5 years I walk up maybe twenty steps of stairs to my office that’s it and I’m winded so I bought this to help me get back in shape with eating right etc of course but this came right out of the box and ready to go I personally didn’t have to make any adjustments except to add the bands to it but I’m not ready for that just yet my balance is a little wobbly haha but I love it so far it’s not very loud but it’s not absolutely quiet but if I had to measure the noise on a 1-5 scale 5 being the loudest it’s a 1.5 it comes with a mat as well which is great and some oil and two little tools but again I didn’t use anything yet the lcd screen works great but even if it doesn’t I wouldn’t care I dnt need to count steps that’s dumb I just do the wrk out for 10-15 mins as long as I feel the burn in wrk up a sweat I’m good with that and I did it today 4 different times I literally put this on the side of my bed so as soon as I wake up I’ll start my day with a 10 min little walk

Overall, I have found this to be a very high-quality, and very functional product. On that basis I would give it a five star review.However, I’m a taller man, 6 foot one, regular built, and I find the distance between the pedals is too narrow for my body frame. It makes it extremely awkward to exercise, and I think I’m actually damaging my posture by using this product. I haven’t found a way to adjust the width between the steps, but please make sure to check this measurement before purchasing.

I just received this stepper. Have only used a few times but so far so good. This is perfect for my home gym. Well built and a good value. Came with several different strength ropes and maintenance oil.Thank you. Look forward to seeing results.

The stepper is as expected. However the cheap attachments are very dangerous. The plastic carabeener portion is a bad judgement call for the equipment considering the potential for high usage and force to get a good total body workout. They dismantle from the unit upon use. I was severely hurt, being hit in the face and fell off the stepper at the surprise of the ease of the arm pulls coming off and flying about. The equipment is advertised for being able to use all parts and based on my experience it is false advertisement and the company needs to be held accountable for every injury and damage they are essentially causing by choosing to be so cheap with the type of connections. It is not ok that the consumers are having to do unpaid work to trouble shoot equipment that is essentially non functional as advertised. You should not have to hold, move, bend a specific way to MAKE equipment work. I would not recommend for total body work out and the seller and company have earned one less customer because of this experience with this piece of equipment.This thing should be removed from the market and revised given the generous amount of feedback given. Those of us that purchased should be reimbursed for pain and suffering from using the equipment.I would not recommend. I gave the lower part to donation and threw out the arm bands.

The back legs of the machine broke and we can not use the machine anymore. Poor quality.And we cannot return it because the shipping costs half of the machines cost. So we lost our money and have a broken machine. :(

Straight out of the box ready to go. Makes no noise and doesn't take up much space. It is exactly what it is supposed to be and works exactly the way it should. A great investment and I just know it will deliver from a fitness and losing weight standpoint.Sadly, I needed to return this because the struction metal park of the machine broke and the stepper no longer steps.. I am a heavy man, I weigh 144KG and I know the info says that it takes up to 150KG, I can confirm it does not. I honely am very sad as this was so perfectly simple and covered everything I needed.
