VERY easy to assemble. Simple, straight forward way to use. Been using it since it got here and it's very sturdy, has great resistance to support a steady workout. I'm a bit out of shape so I started off with 20 mins at a time, 2x a day. I make sure to stretch beforehand so my legs don't get all cramped up. It works great as I can feel the burn in my thighs & calves. Haven't used the arm bands too much but they work pretty good too. Love that it doesnt take up much space at all so when Im done ita easily put away. I also appreciate that thw little screen keeps track of thw steps, calories, and time. All in all I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend.

I have a small space so the compact nature of exercise equipment is important. It has an electronic step counter, timer, and calorie counter. I haven’t used the resistance bands much, but they are a great feature. The base is sturdy and the product is generally well-made and it is easy to use. I am very happy with this purchase and it does exactly what it needs to to help me with cardio training. However, after almost 2 months the step counter stopped working accurately.

Moves wonderfully, holds up to 220lbs, not heavy to move from room to room, size doesn’t fit under bed, there is a drop felt when shifting weight from one foot to the other, great cardio in short amount of time especially if resistance is higher than baseline, added resistance bands don’t seem very useful, very annoying squeaking after 5min that does NOT go away. Value for the price is good. Personally a big fan of the slight side to side movement over the conventional up/down of most steppers.

This mini stepper is beyond amazing. It’s quiet as a mouse, is so smooth on your joints and incredibly high quality. It is very stable and I really love that the resistance bands are not overly loose, so you can use those for balance, as well as working your arms. To switch to twist mode is very easy, just be sure stepper is in a neutral position, then it’s just moving the metal piece up or down and it moves with ease. I use mine on carpet, but it comes with the blue cover to prevent risk to floors. I’m pretty picky and will usually return items after the slightest inconvenience, but I can’t find a single thing I don’t love about this stepper. I feel the workout you can get from this is very easily worth the price of the stepper.

EDIT TO ADD: it does this weird clicking noise when I step and it feels like the step piece shifts a bit so I don’t use it as much. If you have music in your ear it might not be a huge issue. Not sure about the shifting though. I genuinely thought it was just supposed to do that but then I’ve been seeing videos on TikTok with this stepper that don’t make that noise. If I had realized that, I would have returned it when I first bought it. It’s been doing this since I bought it.Super easy to use, fairly lightweight, and works well! The counter is awesome for keeping track of how many steps you’ve done. I really like the scan feature of the counter cuz then I can see all the different counts like time, number, calories etc. Adjusting the resistance of the steps is super is easy to do and boy do you feel it! This stepper may be small but it will make your sweat!

This is a quality made stepper. It's very stable, and works great as just a stepper. It was very easy to put together. I think it took more time to open box than it took to assemble that machine. I like how compact it is. It doesn't take up much space, which is perfect to keep in my office to help me stay active instead of sitting at my desk all day. The tension is easy increase or decrease depending on how challenging you want your workout to be. The bands included are tight and add in a great upper body work out. My only problem is the tracker on mine doesn't work, or I would have given it a higher rating. It's a great workout, I just don't like that I have to use my phone to help track my exercise. The machine it's self is fairly quiet. Sometimes it can get squeaky, but if I'm listening to music I won't hear it at all. It's very stable, I never feel like I'm going to fall. If the machine was able to track my time or steps this would easily be 5 stars. This is a great machine, I do recommend it, I just hope the tracker works on other machines.
