Performs better than I expected. Thought I might have problems with sticking, but so far every cake has come out clean. Just be sure to grease and flour it up good and that does the trick. I use butter, but margarine or Crisco will work also. Makes a really pretty cake!!

I'm a baker who is obsessed with Nordic Ware's Bundt pans. They really are a step above other manufacturers. I have never had a problem with sticking or quality issues with any of their pans and this one is no exception.I was struck by the unique shape of this Bundt. You don't see a lot of square Bundt cakes! It's also comparatively cheaper than other Nordic Ware Bundt pans which is surprising because it's definitely one of the more unique ones.The pictures you see are just a rough attempt at the recipe that was included with the pan (whiskey peach upside down cake). A word of warning on Nordic Ware's recipes that come with the pans, they ALWAYS overfill the pan. I own more than 10 of these now. The amount of whiskey butter sauce that these peaches I hastily threw in overflowed the pan while baking. I'd cut it by a quarter at least.That said, for not arranging the peaches at all and just dumping everything in the buttered pan, this turned out tasty and delicious and I'd recommend the pan. The grooves were pretty easy to clean out (which is more than I can say for their other pans) so no special equipment needed to get out little bits of leftover cake. Dish detergent and a sponge works just fine.

This was a gift. It is nice and heavy. Not skimpy. She has made a cake in it and it came out easily. I was concerned it might stick in the ridges, but it did not!!!

At first I thought the pan was too small, but the description said it holds 10 cups. When I baked a cake in it, it came out beautifully! I love the designs in the pan. It's also very easy to clean. I've fallen in love with this pan! It's an expensive one, but I got it at a great price!

Great looking pan, afraid it would overflow but the pound cake turned out perfect.Only tried with a cake mix initially but plan to try it out with a from scratch recipe. It cleaned up nicely .

I paid more for this pan than I ordinarily would have, but because of its unique design, I took the dive. I feel I didn’t get an equal exchange of money for the value. I received it a few weeks ago before actually using it. I noticed a hole in the bottom of the pan after putting my cake batter in it. I truly wanted to to return it right away, but the batter was ready to go, and I had a special occasion at hand! I used some tin foil to fill in the hole to prevent spillage in my oven, however, I plan to attempt replacement as soon as possible. The pan doesn’t hold quite the capacity I was hoping for a larger cake, but the pattern is lovely. I wanted to give this utensil a five start rating, but alas, the quality and capacity disappointed. Hopefully, I can get an exchange if not a refund.
