I like that the pan is non-stick. Any baking with caramel as one of the ingredients does stick. Don't use metal utensils on this pan or it will scratch. I liked the sturdiness of the pan and use it often.

EDIT: I received my second pan and there is a noticeable difference between the two. It can be seen in the pictures that the gold coating is a different tone. Additionally, the bottom of the pan on the second pan has a matte coating. These were ordered less than two weeks apart. The newest pan has a slightly rougher non-stick coating which doesn’t allow for as even of a non-stick effect. I have to scrub a little bit which shouldn’t be the case given that it is so new. I will continue to test it for a few more bakes before I consider returning/exchanging it (if necessary). This is a bit disappointing given that I usually like this brand. Hopefully this is just a manufacturing mistake.I purchased this loaf pan as I have been a fan of this brand for awhile. This loaf pan did not disappoint! It easily releases my breads with zero issues and that is all that I ask for. I originally looked at a William Sonoma pan that looked very similar but was more expensive. Instead, I bought this to try and decided to get a second one totaling around the same price for the WS one. I am very happy with the quality and easy clean up of this pan. This did arrive with some minor dings however, it didn’t compromise the shape or ability of the pan. They recommend hand washing so that is all I have done. I highly recommend this loaf pan!

These cake pans are an absolute dream to use. Everything I've baked in them comes out evenly browned and releases cleanly. I prefer the light, gold-colored pans for cakes because it browns them nicely without burning. The best part about these is the high sides. I was able to make a very thick pineapple upside down cake without it spilling out all over my oven.The only issue I had was that the first two sets I ordered came with one pan dented, which is no fault of the manufacturer. I assume it happened in shipping. It was somewhat inconvenient to have to order and return them twice before receiving a useable set.Highly recommended!

I bought these pans because I liked how deep they were. I can fit one cake mix in a pan with plenty of room left over (I haven't tried two mixes in one pan but think they might fit). I am old school so I always grease and flour my pans and had no issue removing the cake from the pan and it turned out perfect and very moist. This is a very solid product and I love the Nordic Ware brand, they never disappoint. Recommend

I was looking for a focaccia size baking tray. Glass does not work because no matter how much olive oil you put on it, the bread will stick. This is a bit costly but compared to other options for me it was worth the money.

I learned this the hard way, but the coating is not dishwasher safe. It's not non stick, so grease and flour like you would regular aluminum pans, and the bread comes out easily.I don't trust non stick surfaces as I've used them and my bread still sticks.It's less likely to stick in this pan, and cooks much better then any glass loaf pans. glass will prevent the crust from forming properly. The metal works like it should.

se me hizo un poco caro , pero el molde esta grueso y hornea bien , habÃa pedido solo 1 y después pedà otro para tener el par , el segundo me llego abollado pero hice el cambio y a los 2 dÃas ya tenia el nuevo perfectamente bien. por eso le pongo 4 estrellas por que es un muy probable que no te llegue en buen estado , pues vi muchas quejas de que llegaban dañado
