I have written a similar review for another Nordic Ware pan. It’s me again. I am not paid by Nordic Ware, I just feel strongly about writing a review when I love a product. My review sounds the same but my pictures are different because I own and really have used this pan! Please pay attention to my tips about a good cake release paste and 10 minutes you need to wait before inverting pan.The detail is lovely and even simple decor like dusting, or drizzling a loose icing makes one look like a master. 😊I use my own DIY cake release paste. It’s made as follows. Please WEIGH and whip up with handheld electric beater:3oz lard/shortening,3oz veg oil,2oz flour together and store in mason jar. Stores indefinitely in fridge. Using a silicone brush, dip into jar and brush & stipple this paste into ever nook and cranny of your intricate bundt pan. This is an all-in-one grease AND flour paste. Not only is it economical, it is effective more than store bought sprays containing flour. This stuff is so great, I gift it to baker friends in small mason jars along with a silicone brush.🤗Don't try to invert the cake too soon. After removing from the oven, let it cool 10 minutes. Set the timer so you are not tempted to try too soon, or let it sit in the pan too long such that the condensation makes the cake stick back onto the sides of the pan.10 minutes, no sooner, no later. Invert and voila! A perfect release! The pan is well made, has a hefty weight, and a beautiful finish inside and out. You won’t regret it.

This pan makes a beautiful presentation. Use a heavy amount of Bakers Joy spray and the cake slides right out. It is surprisingly easy to clean.

I have a large Nordic Ware Bundt pan collection, so obviously I love them. I prefer when they arrive not banging around in the shipping box getting scratched, because they're expensive. The thing about them is, the pan is usually prettier than the cake they produce, even when they turn out perfect. The cake from this pan is impressive.

Yes, the pan is smaller…10 cup when most of the bigger ones are advertised as holding 12. That said, most 12 cup recipes I’ve tried can be too big for 12 cup pans.I find that a 12 Cup cake recipe will generally work fine being split between a 6 cup Bundt pan and a 10 cup pan like this one. I do put the Bundt pans on a cookie sheet while baking and I tend to use recipes that call for buttermilk or some other ingredient that promotes moisture in the crumb.About sticking: if you butter and flour the pan well and watch to see that the sides of the cake pulls slightly away from the pan during the bake, the cake comes out with maybe minor flaws that can be covered easily with glaze or icing. If anything sticks, soaking does the job and the baked on crumbs can be removed with a sponge. It takes some effort but no big deal. This pan and all the Nordic Ware Bundt pans I’ve used are thick, well-built with some weight to them. Be patient, avoid an overly hot oven and overly long baking times, give the pan a good 10 to 20 minutes to cool after removing from the oven and you’ll be happy with the cake. Soak the pan for a while after it cools completely and clean will not be that big of an issue.I did return the first pan that I bought as the outside was dinged a bit and paying full price, I wanted a perfect pan with full inside and outside coating. I do feel that the packaging (a fairly hefty brown paper envelope instead of a cardboard box) leaves something to be desired. However, Amazon replaced the pan the very next day.Overall I’m satisfied. My first attempt with this pan came out fine and I’m no real experienced baker by any means. I like the pan. Buy it and try it.UPDATE: I should note that Nordic Ware advises against soaking the pan. That said warm water, soap, and a no scratch sponge or soft brush have worked for me also.

Heavy aluminum pan, bought it during a sale.Takes a but of an effort to grease ( butter with a brush and then flour) but man are the results worth it ( wait for atleast 15 mins for the cake to cool then invert). Cake slid right out without any fuss.

What a beautiful Bundt pan....sturdy, well made, great size too! Whomever said this is small is crazy - it's a great size. Quality is great too...looking for ward to buying more of this brand.I really can't understand why people have so much trouble with this pan. I'm after using it a dozen times, never had one issue. I use a baking spray with flour in it, and use it generously, and wait 15 minutes before you remove the cake...never had one issue. As for cleaning, I wait until the pan is completely cool, then I clean it out with a medium size natural bristle fairly stiff paint brush that I only use on my Nordic Ware...then wipe out the residue with paper towels then pop it in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. I rarely put it in water because that's how clean my cakes come out, and the temp from the oven sterilizes it. Be gentle, your pan will love you. This was the first Nordic Ware pan I bought and have many more now...and have not had any issues with them.
