Very solid and sturdy racks and worked perfectly in my smoker. As with all racks of this kind, cleaning them thoroughly is a challenge, although a good application of the "yellow can" Easy-Off cleaner is quite helpful. That and some steel wool (with elbow grease and patience) and your racks are as good as new. I even used one of these racks for a prime rib I roasted in my oven, and it performed as expected. Five stars for utility, quality, and price! Happy cooking!

This fits perfectly in my roaster. I use my roaster a lot. The finish on this has held up and I don't believe it will rust like the one that came with the roaster. It's built to easily hold whatever you are lifting out of the roaster.

When I first looked at it, it seemed well made and heavy duty. There was 1 small spot on the bottom where the "nonstick" coating was not there but I didn't mind since it was a really small spot and it was on the bottom. That should have been an indication of the quality of this pos. I used this rack to roast my Thanksgiving turkey and the turkey was stuck to the rack. So much for nice crispy skin. I did oil the rack before placing the turkey on the rack so the sticking really surprised me. Washing the rack was a chore because the skin was really stuck to the rack and I was using a nonabrasive wash cloth. I was thinking I could still use this rack in my smoker to smoke ribs. That thought went into the trash bin along with this rack because as I was washing the rack I found several places where the coating had come off. My advice would be to avoid this roasting rack, it's a waste of money.
