I have about 4 Nova chucks from the smaller one to the Titan. I needed a set of Jaws to hold a large piece that another guy had returned with his larger chuck. Now dry, I didn't want to cut down the tenon so these larger Jaws were perfect for the task. They now fill a much needed hole on my jaw collection.

I usually stick to Nova jaws for my Nova chucks because I trust they'll be especially sturdy and well made compared to alternatives. That's mostly true of these 100 mm dovetail jaws, but the set I received had burrs on most of the edges of all four jaws.It only took me 20 min. or so with a file to fix this, but I'm not happy about having possibly inadvertently removed some of the nickel plating, or about spending my own time doing something that Nova ordinarily does, much better, at the factory. But, they're good heavy jaws that I know will hold up well to many years of use (including occasional, accidental encounters with tool edges at high speed).

the photo you post is NOT what the jaws look like. I had to work with Teknatool to figure it out and how to use these special in between jaws properly. The tenon size was very tight and critical to success.
