I mean, who doesn't love nugget ice?? They need to start selling fridges with a nugget ice maker... But, until they perfect that, this ice maker works great. It's small and doesn't take up much space on the counter, but that also means it doesn't hold a lot of ice. It makes plenty for my small household though and there are larger ones out there. My only complaint is that it's a little noisy. I usually turn it off before bed so I don't hear it at night (if you have a two-story or your bedroom isn't too close to the kitchen, it probably won't bother you). If it's full when I turn it off, then there is usually still just enough ice in the morning for a drink when I turn it back on.

We've only had it a week and so far it works as it should. Noise level isn't bad. I'm just not happy with the basket size that holds the ice. It's very small compared to the first one we had.

Makes great quality ice and plenty for the two of us. Advertised makes 40 pounds a day is a little deceiving. This machine probably will make that much but you have to be there to empty into bags and fill with water. Small basket to hold the ice but this is a counter top model. Just expected it to hold more when it said 40 pounds a day. Still thrilled with the ice it makes.
