This worked for me! I always keep an extra on hand so I never run out. My best laying chicken suddenly started laying soft shelled eggs. She was eating layer feed and oyster shells so I had no idea why. I haven’t had a soft egg since adding this. All my chickens benefit from it! I provide it as an additional water source for them and they all drink it. Yes it smells and yes it can drip down the side of the bottle after using it and be bit messy but the product works for my chickens.

as someone that hatches out dozens of chicks at a time in WI and keeps all breeds from Silkies all the way to Brahmas, i’ll ALWAYS have this in my med kit! it’s my first go-to and has never failed me, even in cases that i assumed were lost causes. product arrived in great condition.

I bought this because I was having a hard time finding the plain calcium supplement that I like to use to help the girls with egg shell hardness. It was a decent price and I figured the extra nutrients couldn't hurt.First thing to note is that it has a strong odor and dark color that I think they didn't like very much at first. They wouldn't drink the water I put it in immediately like they usually do, I think because of the odor and color.I found it difficult to pour out of the bottle. Even being very careful it dribbles down the side of the bottle. The design could use more of a spout or nozzle.I'll be purchasing morning bird calcium directly from their website going forward but I do feel that this product works as intended nutritionally.

2nd batch of chicks. The first batch last year two of the ten babies died. I didn’t know enough to save them. This year, batch of chicks number two, I noticed similar symptoms in one chick in particular: not eating, trouble finding water, lethargic, dizzy. This time I find myself better educated. I purchased this product based on blogs and reviews, alongside vet RX, which is another wonderful product.Yes, it is only a couple oz. But a little does go a long way, and consider how much good vitamins cost at the store for yourself. Anyway, I dropper fed this supplement to the chick every morning and vet RX at night (just a couple drops) and within the first 24 hours I noticed a strong difference in the bird. Its eyes were more open, it was drinking and eating on its own. Within a week, it is happy, healthy, strong. I also put a couple drops in the rest of the baby chicks water to prevent pasty butt (and this product works great for assisting baby chicks with that). As long as I have chickens, this liquid vitamin supplement will be in my medicine cabinet.

My hen was just down, feathers not in great shape and laying soft eggs. A week on this and she’s back to perfect health. Highly recommended as a regular boost and for times when chickens need a little boost.

This product is being given credit for rescuing my young hen that developed Wry neck. I did a lot of reading and a vitamin deficiency is one of the possible causes. I replaced the water in the coop with water mixed with this vitamin and mineral supplement and writhing a week saw a mild improvement and within a month a full improvement. On occassion this hen will look like she is getting a slight twist in her neck and I reintroduce the supplement right away. She is now 2.5 years and doing great

Chicks seem to enjoy it. Adds a dark color to the water. They have unit conversion wrote on the bottle which is a help when measuring it out. Was a sticker covering mine but was easy enough to peel off. Without sending the chicks & fluid to a lab I'll assume it's working as intended as they seem happy and healthy.
