How to Replace a Pool Cleaner Bag:
- Turn off your booster pump and disconnect hose from the dedicated pressure cleaner line,then remove your cleaner from the pool.
- Find the all purpose zipper bags on the top of cleaner,the bag's plastic cuff is the fastening element that keeps the bag attached to the cleaner during operation.
- To release the pool sweep bag,turn the bag's plastic cuff either clockwise or counter a fraction of an inch to release the pressure paddles inside the cleaner body and lift up.
- Discard worn or damaged zipper filter bag.
- With your new pool filter Bag in hand, align the pressure paddles on the bag cuff and the arrow on the cleaner connector pipe and slide down until your hear it snap into place.

Fit better than most Polaris knockoffs, the zipper is weak but works with care. The netting / straining material is very good quality.

The bags from Polaris are so expensive so I was very pleased to find these bags on Amazon as they are so much cheaper. When the package arrived I thought something was wrong as it was so tiny. As you can see in the picture they ship it with the entire bad folded inside the plastic connecting part. When you open it up both bags are in a very small box. The quality seems good and they fit perfectly. I have used one of them several times now and they seem to work just as well as the more expensive name brand bags. I think they might actually be a slightly finer mesh than the ones I had so they should actually take more dirt out of the water.

Total garbage. The neck hole of the bag with the vertical stitching is not wide enough compared to the original bag. This one is poorly designed and clogs instantly with leaves. The leaves never even make it into the main bag the just clog up in the neck chute of the bag.

First, the positive notes: these bags are much cheaper than the Polaris bags. Two come per package and they have a zippered closure. The mesh is as durable as Polaris. The downside after having used them for a period of time are as follows: the bag tends to twist and clog to where nothing is getting drawn into them. I have also had issues with the zippers pulling off after then been in use for only a short time. Your mileage may vary but I think I will look elsewhere next time.

Unfortunately the velcro strap has worn out very quickly but the nylon mesh is of good quality and the zipper is still going strong. I've been using it for the whole summer season so didn't expect the velcro strap to wear out within about only 1-2 months. I have resorted to tying the velcro strap around the loop to keep the mesh upright, which really sucks, to be honest, as it takes time to undo it when I want to discard the contents. The price compared to the original still makes it worth it, but wished the velcro was of better quality.
